This came at the perfect time as I've been running low on my go-to matcha powder and trying out barista blend oat milks for the first time. It's my first time seeing a matcha powder with packaging that explicitly suggests using oat milk, and it certainly goes well with oat milk! With a bit of agave syrup, my latte was creamy with a pleasant umami flavor, and the powder also worked well in a strawberry matcha latte. I think I'll be using my first tin up very quickly ☺️
Gishiki matcha packs a punch! I like to enjoy mine with Tache pistachio milk and maple syrup for a nuttier experience.

Their matcha is super good quality!! I usually buy from Blue Bottle, and I have to say Gishiki is as good, if not better. It has a very balanced flavor profile that has a subtle umami feel. I drink my matcha without milk, so this is especially good to enjoy on its own!!
