gishiki
a partnership built around ritual, not just a drink
Modern rituals, grounded in tradition. Gishiki brings single-origin, first-harvest ceremonial matcha from Uji, Kyoto to offices, brands, and communities who want more than a caffeine hit — here's how we work together.
our ritual
the story behind gishiki
Gishiki started after our founder, Angie, left an 80-hour-a-week career in investment banking with no plan — and found herself in Uji, Kyoto, taking a matcha-making class. Sifting, whisking, and sipping with intention became a ten-minute ritual she looked forward to every morning, long before the emails and chaos began.
That's the feeling we bring into every partnership: not a generic office snack or a co-branded giveaway, but a small, intentional ritual people actually look forward to. We work with a small number of partners at a time so it stays that way.

three ways to partner
Every partnership starts as a conversation — these are starting points, not fixed packages.

why partner with gishiki
founder-led
Every partnership is worked directly with the person building the brand — not an account manager three layers removed.
built-in audience
A following that's followed Angie's journey from Wall Street to matcha, already invested in the story.
genuinely small-batch
We'd rather do fewer partnerships well than spread thin — quality and fit come first.
let's build something together
Tell us a bit about your brand, office, or space, and what a partnership could look like — we'll take it from there.
